Every phase of the project goes through our team and our factory.

Consultation

A meeting with our designers to discuss your ideas, needs, and preferences. Our team will offer solutions and advice for your future project concept.

Sentence

You receive our proposal for design, manufacture and installation in the form of an indicative quotation. It sets the framework for your project.

Contract

If you entrust us with your project, we will offer you our standard contract, which clearly outlines all the obligations of both parties, the financial parameters, and the deadline for completion.

Filming

We visit the facility for professional photography and measurements.

Design

Next comes the detailed design and production of technical documentation. We invite you to a meeting to coordinate the drawings before production.

Production

Following your final approval, the production process begins. The furniture is manufactured in our own factory according to the approved design. Every stage of production follows high standards of quality, precision and durability.

Delivery

Our logistics ensures that the manufactured furniture is delivered and distributed carefully to your premises.

Installation

Under the guidance of the „Projects“ manager, a team of our professional installers carefully and methodically installs the products according to the established procedure at your site. We complete the activities after a mutual protocol for the work accepted.

2-year warranty and service

The furniture leaves our factory with our name on it, so the care does not end with the installation. We provide a 5-year warranty on the furniture and 2 years on the hinges and mechanisms, and during the first two years we provide free service if necessary.

HAMEFA is a Bulgarian furniture manufacturer founded in 1998 in Razlog. Today, the company is an established manufacturer with a presence across Europe and North America.

We work with solid oak, cherry and walnut, as well as selected softwoods — materials that go beyond passing trends and bring a sense of durability and character. More than 200 professionals, many of whom have been with us for over two decades, help ensure the quality of every product.
